April Steele

April Steele has a background in sociology and applied anthropology with experience in research, data analysis, community outreach, and program evaluation. April has held positions as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Memphis, a Director at Latino Memphis, a Housing and Community Development Fellow at United Housing, Inc., and currently serves as the Director of Insights and Innovation at Epic Pivot. Throughout their career, April has focused on utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making and program improvement, as well as fostering innovation and development in various organizations.
