Jeremiah Hoffman

Jeremiah Hoffman has extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, currently serving as a Systems Administrator at EpiCenter ERP since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jeremiah worked as an End User Support Specialist III at C&S Wholesale Grocers from April 2016 to November 2019, and as a Computer Technician at Whalley Computer Associates, Inc. from August 2010 to April 2016, where responsibilities included server and network configuration, troubleshooting, and secure data management. Earlier positions included IT Technician duties at Nws Communications Corp, providing comprehensive IT support, and IT Helpdesk support for UMass Lowell Office of Information Technology, focusing on account administration and network support. Jeremiah holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology and Security from Springfield Technical Community College.
