Lourdes Rodriguez Palacios

Lourdes Rodriguez Palacios has a diverse work experience ranging from 1998 to the present. Lourdes started their career as a Supervisor de Selección y Desarrollo at Nextel del Perú S.A. In 2002, they became an HR Senior Consultant at BHP Billiton, and later on in 2004, they served as the Human Resources Head at Hidrostal. Lourdes then transitioned to become the Human Resources Manager at CCR International in 2005 and later joined A.P. Moller - Maersk Group as the Human Resources Manager for Peru in 2006. Lourdes went on to work at El Comercio as the Business Line Manager for Aptitus from 2008 to 2010. Lourdes continued their career at Atlas Copco, where they served as the Andean Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Vice President in the Parts and Services Division at Epiroc since August 2018.

Lourdes Rodriguez Palacios' education history includes a brief period of study at Universidad de Piura in 2009, focusing on Dirección Comercial. In 2000, Lourdes also briefly studied Human Resources Management at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
