Lori Brown

Lori Brown has extensive experience in finance and corporate control. Lori started their career at ARRIS in 1998 as a Controller and later worked at RBS Lynk and Global Payments Inc, where they held various roles in financial management, including CFO - GP Canada Financial Corporation and VP Corporate Finance. In 2014, they joined Safe-Guard Products International, LLC as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Lori then worked at Bank of America Merchant Services as SVP Financial Planning & Analysis before joining Merchant e-Solutions in 2017 as SVP Finance & Corporate Controller. In 2020, Lori became the VP, Corporate Controller at Updater, and in 2022, they joined Eptura as VP - Controller.

Lori Brown completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Central Michigan University between 1983 and 1987.
