Nick Threapleton

Product Manager at EQL

Nick Threapleton has a strong background in product management and analytics. Nick is currently working as a Product Manager at EQL, where they are responsible for defining and delivering the company's data and ML capabilities. Previously, they worked at Culture Amp, where they held various roles including Lead Product Analyst and Senior Product Analyst. During their time at Culture Amp, they scaled the analytics practice and built a culture of data-led decisions. Before that, Nick worked at Bolster Group as a Tech Lead and Digital Campaign Manager, where they led the data and digital strategy consultancy arm and developed digital strategies for clients. Prior to that, they worked at Dentsu as a Digital Account Executive and Digital Coordinator, where they managed digital budgets for clients and was recognized as a Cannes Young Lions Competition National Finalist. Nick also gained internship experience at SapientNitro, where they worked on UX design projects. Nick started their career as a Marketing Manager at CameraPro, where they focused on customer experience and marketing projects.

Nick Threapleton's education history includes attending Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) from 2004 to 2010. Nick then pursued their Bachelor of Business with Distinction in Marketing and Industrial Design from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, they attended General Assembly to study User Experience Design.
