Virginia Murdoch

Virginia Murdoch has an extensive work experience spanning two decades. Virginia began their career in 2001 as a Freelance Graphic and Web Designer, followed by a role as Editor for Museums Australia (Victoria). In 2003, they became a Designer and Editorial Illustrator for Private Media. In 2006, they founded Inventive Labs, a web development firm based in Melbourne, Australia, where they served as Founder, Designer, and Inventor. From 2010-2012, they were a Director at That Mob and Deputy Chair, Committee of Management at Writers Victoria. From 2012-2015, they held the role of Product Owner at OverDrive, Inc. and Product Manager, Mobile Apps at O'Reilly Media. From 2016-2022, they served as Director of Product, Engagement, Director of Product, Data & Insights, and Lead Product Manager at Culture Amp. Virginia currently holds the role of Head of Product at EQL.

Virginia Murdoch attended the University of Melbourne from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BSCA in Photography, Interactive Media, and Writing, as well as a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Creative Writing. Virginia also holds a certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
