Thomas Wang

Thomas Wang is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management. Currently a Partner at EQT Exeter since 2012, Thomas Wang also serves as CIO and Portfolio Manager for the US Office, focusing on opportunities in the Life Sciences sector. Previously, Thomas Wang held the position of Director of Leasing and Development at Liberty Property Trust from 2005 to 2012 and worked as a Real Estate Strategist/Architect at Gensler from 1999 to 2004. Thomas Wang holds an MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School, an M.Arch. in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Chemistry from Williams College.
