Kelly Whiteway

Kelly is a Senior Recruitment Manager at Equal Education Partners, working with schools & colleges across South West Wales to recruit high quality teaching, learning support and administrative staff for long term contract, permanent and daily supply positions. Kelly works with primary, secondary & Additional Learning Needs (ALN) schools, pupil referral units (PRUs) and Further Education (FE) colleges.

Kelly is keen to speak with both experienced and newly qualified teachers, as well as experienced and aspiring teaching assistants, about career opportunities with us. Kelly prides herself on delivering high levels of service to both educators and partner schools.

Kelly has 10 years of experience in the education recruitment sector, prior to which she worked in the Property Management and Finance sectors. Kelly completed completed the Level 5 Institute in Leadership & Management (ILM) qualification with Cardiff University.

Kelly is a fun-loving, outgoing and (some would say) chatty person, who loves exercising, walking and spending time with family and friends, oh and food and wine.
