Natalie Gondwe

Natalie is the Business and People Manager at Equal Education Partners. Natalie works alongside the Managing Director & Director dealing with the day-to-day running of the company. She also assists with corporate development. And that’s not it! Natalie supports sourcing new employees for internal and external permanent roles. A true people’s person.

Natalie graduated from Swansea University in 2014 with a degree in law. After graduating, she began her journey to qualifying as a lawyer. And after years of hard work, Natalie qualified in 2018 (life goal: check). However, in 2021 she took a leap of faith to leave life as a lawyer. Now she keeps us in order, phew.

Natalie is a real foodie and never says no to an invite to go out for dinner with her friends. Although, come 9:00pm she will happily retire home to a pot of tea.
