Neil Millard

Neil Millard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Neil started their career at Barclays Bank Plc, where they worked as an EDS PMO Support. Neil then moved on to Lloyds TSB, where they served as an Infrastructure Technical Consultant.

In 2006, Neil joined AXA Tech as a Project Technical Lead. After leaving AXA Tech, they worked at Sanctuary Group as a Server Infrastructure Technician and later as a Senior Infrastructure Technician. During their time at Sanctuary Group, Neil improved the IS department's efficiency by reducing reactive support incidents and implementing applications for Windows and Linux servers.

In 2012, Neil joined Software Works for You Ltd as a Cloud Application and Platform Specialist. Neil developed test and production environments within Amazon Web Services and implemented version control and deployment processes. Neil also created an application and API for a website.

Neil then joined AXA Tech again in 2013, this time as a Senior Application Analyst. Neil worked on various projects, including the development and implementation of a dashboard solution and the installation of purpose-built servers.

In 2015, Neil worked as a Devops Engineer at MoneySuperMarket.com through their own company, Millard Technical Services Ltd. Their role involved developing an "always-on" server solution to handle spikes in demand without unnecessary server expenses.

Neil also served as a Director for HEARTS Global, a charitable arm of Millow Group, from 2015 to 2017. Neil provided support to the organization in achieving their goals and values.

Currently, Neil is working at Equal Experts as a Cloud Application and Platform Specialist through Millard Technical Services Ltd.

Neil Millard attended Weston College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Physics. In July 2003, they obtained a PPLH Helicopter Licence from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
