Shosho Tichareva

Shosho Tichareva has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Shosho started their career as a Principal Owner at Sticha Properties in 2006 and later went on to work as a Recruitment Consultant at Adcorp Holdings Limited from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they founded their own business, Sticha Placements, where they served as the Business Owner until June 2011. Shosho then worked as a Tech Recruiter at ADvTECH from June 2011 to March 2012.

Shosho joined Business Connexion (BCX) in March 2012 as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist and remained with the company until August 2014. Shosho then moved to Deloitte South Africa where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from August to October 2014. In 2015, they joined Resource Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and served in this role until August 2020.

From November 2020 to September 2021, Shosho worked at DotModus as a Tech Recruiter/HR Specialist and later took on the role of Recruitment Manager from September to November 2021. Shosho then joined Yoco in December 2021 as a Senior Tech Recruiter and worked with the company until August 2022.

Currently, Shosho is working at Equal Experts as a Senior Tech Recruiter, a position they started in September 2022.

Shosho Tichareva completed their GSCE O Levels at Zengeza One High School in 1998. Shosho then pursued a Diploma in Network Engineering at Prestige College from 2001 to 2002.
