Sneha Motwani

Sneha Motwani has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sneha currently works as a Senior Developer at Equal Experts since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at VMware from May 2020 to October 2021 as an Application Developer, where they contributed as a Micro-services developer and worked on an Event-driven architecture system for quicker ticket resolution. Sneha also played a role in mentoring and hiring for the project.

Before VMware, Sneha worked at Barclays from November 2018 to May 2020 as a Senior Developer. In this role, they served as a Senior Appian Developer for the Bank's Internal Audit Application. Their responsibilities included designing workflows and automating the Audit lifecycle to generate timely and insightful data for the Boards' actions. Sneha worked with a small team of three members and supported an application used across the Bank's Geography.

Prior to Barclays, Sneha had a long tenure at Persistent Systems from September 2013 to May 2020. Sneha held multiple roles during their time there, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Software Engineer, Module Lead, and finally Lead Project Engineer. Their work mainly focused on software development in Java and its various frameworks. Sneha also worked on proof of concepts in technologies like MongoDB, Node.js, Spring Framework, and XMPP Openfire server. Sneha collaborated with their team to come up with innovative ideas, implementations, and solutions to various scenarios.

Sneha Motwani completed their education in a chronological order. Sneha first attended Holy Cross English High School from 1997 to 2007, where they obtained their 10th standard degree. Next, they attended Brijlal Biyani Science College in Amravati from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their 12th grade in General Science. Finally, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Amravati University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Sneha Motwani also obtained certifications in Appian Analyst and Appian Designer from Appian Corporation in November 2018.
