Tejaswita T.

Tejaswita T. has a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Tejaswita began their career at Tech Mahindra in 2005, where they served as a Technical Associate and led a small team for a B2B integration project module. During this time, they designed B2B processes and worked with technologies such as Java, JMS, BEA WLI, XML, SQL, and Cyclone Interchange.

In 2007, Tejaswita joined Tieto as a Software Professional. Here, they led a team of four for the eBanking Suite product targeting the European market. Tejaswita was involved in applying and enhancing proprietary multichannel platform (MVC framework) and also worked on product development for the banking domain using open-source frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

Since 2010, Tejaswita has been with Equal Experts, where they have held various roles. Tejaswita started as a Lead Developer and contributed from inception to the delivery of a content-based system. Tejaswita'sresponsibilities included identifying the right tools for content sharing and deployment on AWS. Tejaswita implemented backend services using Kotlin and utilized GitHub Actions for automation. Recently, Tejaswita has taken on the role of Co-Business Unit Lead at Equal Experts.

Tejaswita T. attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science during this time. Additionally, Tejaswita T. holds a certification as a BEA Certified Weblogic Integration Developer from BEA, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
