Wadhwa Sahil

Wadhwa Sahil has a range of experience in various roles and companies. Wadhwa started their career in 2007 at John Deere, where they worked as an Analyst in the IT Innovation and Architecture Team. During this time, they proposed and developed various business ideas and projects, including asset tracking through RFID and a Robotic Lawn Mower. Sahil won an Innovation and Collaboration award for the Robotics Lawn Mower project.

In 2010, Sahil became a Senior System Analyst at John Deere, where they were responsible for delivering the key customer-facing experience of John Deere's FarmSight strategy. Wadhwa focused on REST APIs, continuous delivery, and XP practices. Wadhwa also assisted the product owner and contributed to making teammates more effective.

In 2013, Sahil transitioned to the role of Associate Technical Lead at John Deere, working on the John Deere API portal. Their team collaborated with various teams inside and outside the company to productize APIs and create a world-class product ecosystem experience for John Deere customers and partners.

In 2015, Sahil joined IDeaS - A SAS Company as a Technical Lead, where they worked until 2016.

Since 2016, Sahil has been working at Equal Experts as a Lead Application Developer.

Wadhwa Sahil's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Army School in Ambala Cantt. However, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In 2002, Sahil enrolled at Kurukshetra University and completed a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) degree in Computer Science in 2006. Following this, Sahil pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing at ACTS-CDAC in Pune from 2006 to 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sahil obtained several certifications. In 2009, Sahil received a certification in System Engineering from Caltech. Then, in 2013, Sahil obtained certifications in OCJP (Oracle) and Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1 (Coursera). Later, in 2014, Sahil earned the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. The most recent certification obtained by Sahil is AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021.
