Jessica Underwood is a data services specialist with extensive experience in data management and technology integration across various organizations. Currently at Equal Justice Works, Jessica contributes to the transition of payment platforms and the development of API connections between event and CRM systems. Previous roles include serving as Data Director at Virginia Victory, overseeing a large user base and managing company-wide email accounts, along with positions at The Carlyle Group, GMMB, and GBA Strategies, where Jessica honed analytical and reporting skills. Jessica holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government and Psychology from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate's degree in Education from Lake-Sumter State College.
