Lisa Whittleworth

Lisa Whittleworth has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Lisa is currently working as the HR Data Insights and Systems Lead at the Equality and Human Rights Commission since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Trustee for the Mikron Theatre Company starting from February 2018. Lisa has also worked for Sainsbury's, where they held roles such as HR Experience and Service Quality Executive from May 2020 to June 2022, and Reward Adviser (Secondment) from February 2020 to May 2020 at Sainsbury's Bank. At Sainsbury's, they also worked as an HR Data Analyst from March 2018 to February 2020 and as a Lead HR Data Analyst (Mat Cover) from November 2018 to October 2019. Before joining Sainsbury's, Lisa worked as a People Specialist - Employee Relations at Morrisons from January 2017 to February 2018. Lisa has also held positions as an Employee Relations Consultant at Elcons Employment Law Consultants Limited from May 2016 to January 2017, as ER and Policy Adviser at The Co-operative Group from April 2012 to March 2016, as an ER Analyst at The Co-operative Banking Group from October 2009 to April 2012, and as a Reward Analyst at The Co-operative Financial Services from 2007 to 2009.

Lisa Whittleworth received a PgDip in Human Resources Management from The University of Huddersfield from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operation and Control from The University of Salford from 1993 to 1997. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Managing People: Engaging Your Workforce from the University of Reading through FutureLearn.
