Harleen Siassia

Harleen Siassia is a seasoned professional in human resources information systems (HRIS) with extensive experience in project management and transformation within HR functions. Currently serving as the Head of HRIS at EQUANS since October 2021, Harleen previously held the role of HRIS and HR Data Project Manager at ENGIE. Harleen's earlier positions include Project Manager for HR & Transformation at Sia Partners, where significant contributions were made to EDF's HRIS transformation program, as well as various consulting roles, including at Axys Consultants and Conforama, focusing on employment, skills development, and change management. Harleen holds a Master 2 in Human Resources and Management from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master 1 in Management Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
