Martin Humphreys

Martin Humphreys is an accomplished Transformation Program Manager with extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives across various industries, including finance and energy. Currently serving as Transformation Program Manager at Cargill since September 2018 and as Business Transformation Manager at Equatex Global since May 2017, Martin manages the complete transformation lifecycle for global pharma and banking clients, overseeing share schemes and other financial services. Previous roles include Global Head of Transformation at COFCO International and several senior positions at BP, where Martin was instrumental in executing a $160 million gas trading transformation program and a $25 million global IT transformation effort. Martin's career also includes senior consulting roles at E.ON, Landsbanki, OpenLink Financial, and Thomson Reuters, focusing on project management, integration, and technology solutions. Currently pursuing a Global Energy MBA at the University of Warwick, Martin combines deep industry knowledge with strategic insight to drive business improvements.
