Katie Douglass

Katie Douglass, MS has over 10 years of work experience. Katie is currently working as the Director of Product, Platform Performance at Equilibrium Energy since 2023. Previously, they worked at Cruise as the Head of Technical Data Operations from 2021 to 2022 and as the Senior Manager, Maps from 2020 to 2022. Katie also held the position of Senior Manager, Platform Strategy & Growth from 2018 to 2020 and Manager, ML / AI Data from 2017 to 2018 at Cruise. Before joining Cruise, Katie worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from 2012 to 2017, where they provided consultancy services to government entities and Fortune 100 firms. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant, Energy Policy at Rice University from 2009 to 2010, conducting research on the effects of proposed changes in government regulations for coal-fired power plants and assessing the efficacy of State-produced plans for pollution reduction.
