Malcolm Fleming

Malcolm Fleming has extensive work experience in the fields of strategy, architecture, and transformation. Malcolm started working at alignea consulting in 2006, where they held the position of Strategy, Architecture, and Transformation Director. In this role, they led customer-centric business and digital transformation initiatives across various sectors, including payments, banking, insurance, energy, manufacturing, professional services, and the public sector. Some of their notable projects included merger integration technology assessments and target architecture for Nexi, Nets, and SIA, as well as the development of technology and cloud strategies for Nets Group. Malcolm also worked with Visa Europe on corporate strategy, payment processing capabilities, API strategy, and business architecture capability development. In 2021, Malcolm joined Equiniti as the Head of Business Architecture and later became the Client to Cash Product & Programme Director in 2023.

Malcolm Fleming obtained a Diploma in Management from Henley Business School in 1998. Malcolm then pursued their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on "The Value of Customer Loyalty" from Henley Business School, completing it in 2003. In addition, they hold certifications in Artificial Intelligence from the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), Blockchain Strategy from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, Prince2 Practitioner from APMG-International, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect from The Open Group.
