Tom Dwyer has extensive work experience in learning and development and talent management roles. Tom is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Equiniti since March 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of Talent & Leadership Culture (Interim) at Royal Mail from August 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Lookers plc, including Director of Talent from June 2019 to May 2021 and Director of Executive Development from September 2016 to June 2019. In addition, Tom also worked at DFS as the Head of Organisation Development from July 2014 to August 2016 and as the Head of Leadership Development from September 2011 to June 2014. Tom was the Head of Training & Development at Dreams plc from September 2009 to September 2011. Prior to that, they gained experience at Vodafone in roles such as Head of Access to Learning and L&CD Manager. Tom began their career at Lloyds Banking Group as an IT Trainer and Cash Input Clerk before moving on to become a Savings & Investment Advisor. Tom started their career in 1991 as an Office Manager at Walker Smith International (WSI).
Tom Dwyer attended North Oxfordshire Technical College from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Business Studies.
