Siri Smedsrud

Siri Smedsrud is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Equinor since October 2023. Previously, Siri held the position of Head of Section and Associate Technical Director at COWI from January 2019 to October 2023, as well as a Senior Engineer role at Multiconsult from August 2016 to January 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at SMECON AS from July 2012 to August 2016 and at Fedem Technology AS for a brief period in 2011-2012. Siri's expertise also encompasses involvement with DNV for offshore jacket verification and extensive structural analysis work at Kvaerner. Educationally, Siri holds a Master's degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, attained between 1999 and 2004.
