Michael McGregor has extensive experience in the education sector. Michael most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Equitable Facilities Fund, a nonprofit social impact fund that supports quality education access for diverse and low-income communities. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Great Oaks Charter Schools, where they oversaw operations, finance, and fundraising functions. Michael also worked as a Facilities and Finance Consultant at Great Oaks, leading planning and financing efforts for school facilities projects. Earlier in their career, McGregor worked at Match Education as a Humanities Teacher, Summer Academy Director, Leadership Fellow, and Match Corps Fellow. Michael began their career at Teach For America as a Campus Campaign Coordinator.
