Shanmugam Manivannan (Shammu) has extensive work experience in various roles within the banking and customer service industry. Shanmugam most recently worked at Equitas Small Finance Bank as the Vice President of Digital Banking, Neobanking, Transformation & Channels. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Teleperformance India. Shanmugam also worked at Equitas Small Finance Bank as the Deputy Vice President, and at DBS Bank as a Senior Manager in Contact Center, ATM, and Internet Banking Operations. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Serco - a world of experience, Citi, and Trimble Transport & Logistics.
