The executive team at Equity Bank has a long history of experience in the banking industry. Many members of the team have worked for large banks such as UMB and First National Bank of Liberal. They also have experience in other industries such as marketing, operations, and finance. Most of the team has received their education from well-renowned schools such as McPherson College and Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
