John Christie

John Christie has extensive work experience in the field of operations, supply chain, and international sales. John started their career in 2003 as a Signal Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and worked there until 2008. In 2006, they joined ERCO Worldwide and held various roles including Director of International Sales, Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President and General Manager of the Sodium Chlorate Business, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.

John Christie has a diverse education history that includes multiple degrees and fields of study. John began their education at George Brown College from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. After this, they attended Lakehead University from 1979 to 1981 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in the same field. Following this, they enrolled in a Graduate Business Diploma Program from 1981 to 1984 at Lakehead University, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In 1989, John returned to the University of Waterloo, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree from 1989 to 1995, majoring in Chemistry and Physics. Additionally, John pursued an Associate's Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from the University of Guelph from 1989 to 1994. Finally, they attained a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo between the years 2011 and 2013.
