The IT and Data Services team at ERCOT is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's technological infrastructure and data management capabilities. This includes managing network security, patching vulnerabilities, overseeing data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, administering application and database systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of software and hardware systems. The team collaborates to support the reliability and efficiency of electric power management across Texas by leveraging advanced IT solutions and data insights.
