The Information Technology team at ERCOT is responsible for ensuring the robust operation and security of the company's IT infrastructure. With roles spanning application development, cybersecurity, database management, and systems administration, the team supports critical applications and databases, manages identity and access, and provides production support necessary for maintaining the reliable flow of electric power to 24 million Texas customers. Their efforts ensure system reliability, data integrity, and seamless integration of new technologies to enhance ERCOT's operational efficiency.
