Ayoub OUHLAL has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an Electrical Technician Intern at Groupe Managem for two months. In 2020, they interned as a Project Manager Assistant at Ingeteam S.A., specifically working on PV Plant Repowering. Ayoub also worked at ABO Wind for two years, starting as a Technical Support Management Engineer from September 2020 to September 2021, and then transitioned to become a Business Process Project Manager from September 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they are working as a Technical Asset Manager at ERG Spa, starting in September 2022.

Ayoub OUHLAL has a strong educational background in the field of industrial systems engineering and performance management. From 2019 to 2021, Ayoub attended Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale, where they pursued a Master of Engineering degree with a specialization in Industrial Systems Engineering, specifically focusing on Industrial Risks and Maintenance. This program provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various industrial processes and how to manage and mitigate risks associated with them.

In 2021, Ayoub continued their education by enrolling in two different Master of Science programs simultaneously. Ayoub attended Université de Technologie de Troyes and SCBS, where they studied Performance and Industrial Transformation Management. These programs allowed him to develop analytical and strategic skills in managing and optimizing industrial performance, ensuring efficient and effective transformations within organizations.
