Francesco Durante

Francesco Durante's work experience begins in 2001 as a Researcher at Dipartimento di Fisica Università di Genova. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Researcher and Wind Analyst at DEWI GmbH - Deutsches Windenergie Institut. In 2008, they became the Branch Manager at DEWI (UL International GmbH) and held that position until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Manager Wind Analysis at K2 Management. In 2020, they worked as an Atmospheric Modeler at ARPA Liguria until November. Finally, in 2021, they joined ERG SpA as a Wind Resource Engineer. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Engineering Innovation at ERG SpA starting from March 2023.

Francesco Durante completed their undergraduate studies at the Università degli Studi di Genova from 1994 to 2000. Francesco obtained a degree in Scienze Ambientali from the Facoltà di Scienze MFSN during this period. Additionally, in 2003-2004, they attended the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, although it is not specified if they pursued a degree or field of study at this institution.
