Łukasz Białous

Łukasz Białous has a solid work experience history, starting in 2001 with Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A. where they worked as a Specialist until 2004. In 2003, they joined ERGO Hestia and held various positions including Project Manager, Deputy Director of Program Management Office, Deputy Director of Risk Department, Acting Director of Risk Department, CRO, and Head of Distribution Strategy Department. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Head of Technology and Systems at Hestia Corporate Solutions. Currently, they are the Head of Strategic Project Team in the IT Department at ERGO Hestia.

Łukasz Białous obtained a Master's degree in e-Business Management from Gdynia Maritime University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Łukasz also holds a certification as a Certified Risk Manager from POLRISK - Risk Management Association, obtained in 2015.
