Les Byrne

Les joined Ergo after the acquisition of Asystec in 2022, a company he founded and grew from a two-person start-up to a €50m a year business employing 47 people across five locations. In his earlier career he was Enterprise Account Manager for EMC in Ireland and Sales Director for a large reseller. He has deep knowledge of a wide range of technologies and their power to transform large enterprises.

Experiences in a start-up, US multinational and indigenous IT company have equipped him well for helping Ergo explore a new phase of growth and international expansion. His depth and breadth of skills combine entrepreneurship and strategic planning with a strong focus on sales and customer retention. Les holds a BA in Business Administration and HR from the University of Northumbria.
