Karen Joyce Mount

Karen Joyce Mount is a seasoned professional in technical solutions architecture with extensive experience in engineering and logistics. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Solutions Architect at ERI since September 2019, Karen previously held the position of Technical Solutions Architect and Logistics/Value Add Engineer at Arrow Electronics from December 2012 to September 2019. Earlier roles include Process/Industrial Engineer at Redemtech and Plant Industrial Engineer at Lexmark. Educational qualifications include participation in MIT Sloan Executive Education and acquiring a degree in Cybersecurity from Harvard University in 2020, along with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Carlos (1995-1999), and foundational education at Saint Theresa College.
