Jody Dixon

Jody Dixon has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions in well-known companies. From 2014 to the present, Jody has worked as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners & Employee Relations at Erie Insurance Group, where they have provided strategic HR services to a large number of employees and leaders. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2014, Jody worked as a Senior Recruiter (now classified as Recruitment Manager) at Lee Health, where they led a team of recruiters and recruitment assistants. From 2006 to 2014, Jody served as the VP of Human Resources at Regions Bank, where they provided comprehensive HR services to approximately 300 employees and supported multiple retail branches and business groups. Overall, Jody Dixon has a wealth of experience in HR and has demonstrated their ability to lead and support large teams in various organizations.

Jody Dixon holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University. They also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics & Business Management from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including DiSC Facilitator in 2015, SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM in 2015, sHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2015, and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2002.
