Theresa Lugo

Theresa Lugo has a diverse work experience that spans from 2003 to the present. Their most recent role is as the Human Resources Director for the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority, where they are responsible for handling various HR duties. Prior to that, they served as the Regional HR Director for the Commonwealth of PA - Office of Administration - Public Safety Delivery Center, overseeing HR services for Region 1. Theresa also has experience as the Personnel Director for the Department of Corrections Commonwealth of PA, where their responsibilities included overseeing all areas of human resources for SCI Albion. Theresa has also worked as a PA CareerLink Site Administrator for the Bureau of Workforce Development Partnership - PA Department of Labor and Industry, and as a Branch Manager for Olsten Staffing Services. Additionally, they have experience as a Business Account Executive for AT&T (formerly Cellular One), where they managed large accounts and pursued sales with new businesses.

Theresa Lugo received a Bachelor of Science degree in English - Speech Communication from Northland International University, attending from 1993 to 1997.
