Twila Moorehead

Twila Moorehead has over 15 years of experience in program operations, human capital management, project management, and process improvement. Twila began their career in 2005 as a Project Manager at Verizon Business, where they managed the TeamMetrix System and supervised a three-person staff. In 2007, they moved to SAIC as a Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager for i2S. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Accenture as a Process Improvement Manager and then moved to General Dynamics Information Technology as a Project Manager for Human Capital Management from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Independent Consultant and Project Manager at iN2STEM Solutions, Inc. Twila then worked as an Independent Consultant and Senior Program Advisor at Zofia Consulting, LLC from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Senior Consultant for Human Capital Management Innovation at The LcHoesGroup. Finally, they have been the Director of Program Operations at ERIMAX Inc. since 2018.

Twila Moorehead obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Howard University in 1994, followed by a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Administration from the same institution in 1997.
