Amy Brundage

Amy Brundage has over 15 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Amy is currently the Head of HR at Erno Laszlo, a luxury skincare company. Prior to their current role, Amy was the Head of Human Resources at Pipedrive, a software company, where they led a team of 6 in the New York and Estonia offices. During their time at Pipedrive, Amy managed the rapid growth from 50 FTE's to over 200 in less than one year. Before Pipedrive, Amy was the Human Resources Director at Hachette Book Group and Travora Media (acquired). Amy started their career as a Portfolio Manager at American Management Association. Amy has a proven track record in developing and implementing workforce planning and total rewards strategy. Amy is an expert in recruitment and has implemented a company-wide leadership development mentor program.

Amy Brundage has an MBA in Leadership and Management from Dowling College, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Manhattan College, and is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
