Juan J. Carmona

Juan J. Carmona, MBA, is an experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager at ESAB since April 2021. Previously, Juan held various roles at Safran from May 2013 to April 2021, including Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of Safran's purchasing process across North American affiliates and coordinating purchasing support. As a Commodity Manager, Juan managed indirect purchasing categories with over $100MM in annual spend and developed NAFTA sourcing strategies. Prior to that, Juan was a Procurement Manager at LSG Group from June 2010 to June 2013, overseeing multiple indirect procurement categories and driving cost reductions. Juan holds an MBA in Project Management from The University of Dallas and a BA in Communications from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
