Juan Villarreal

Juan Villarreal began their work experience in 1997 at Metalsa, where they held multiple roles including Manufacturing Leader and Technology Engineer, Project Manager and Engineering, and Plant Manager. From 2003 to 2017, they served as the Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Director and Plant Operations Director at ESAB. In September 2021, they took on the position of Sr. Director of NA Equipment Operations at ESAB.
