Duygu Erden

Duygu Erden, CPA has a solid and extensive work experience in the field of tax. Duygu started their career at Deloitte Turkey in 2005 as a Tax Auditor, where they conducted tax audits and prepared certification reports. Duygu then progressed to the role of Tax Senior Manager/Manager (FSI/M&A) in 2011, where they focused on tax compliance and advisory services for financial services and M&A transactions. In 2020, Duygu joined Esas Holding as an International Tax Senior Manager, providing strategic tax advice and leading the tax team in structuring Turkish and international investments. Duygu is currently serving as a Tax Director, overseeing high-level tax structuring and assisting in developing governance and compliance procedures.

Duygu Erden, CPA has a diverse education history. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from İSMMMO. Duygu pursued their undergraduate studies at Marmara University from 2001 to 2005, where they focused on Finance and was recognized as an Honors Student. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Hüseyin Avni Sözen Anadolu Lisesi from 1994 to 2001. Duygu further expanded their knowledge by attending Deloitte University in Belgium from 2017 to 2018, where they studied International Taxation. Duygu then continued their professional development at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2022, specializing in U.S. Taxation of International Transactions. Additionally, they attended Harvard Business School in the same year to delve into the field of Alternative Investments.
