Support Center Analyst II at eSentire

Alain Gillera has a diverse work background spanning over several companies. Alain began their career at Lucent Technologies in 1996, where they worked as a Sr. Data Network Operations System Engineer until 2000. Alain then moved on to Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Support Services Engineer from 2000 to 2006. Following that, they joined Avaya as a Software Release Management Engineer from 2007 to 2009. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Sandvine, first as a Technical Support Engineer and later as a Solution and Field Services Engineer. Currently, they are employed at eSentire as a Support Center Analyst II, starting in November 2020.

Alain Gillera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, from 1987 to 1992. Additionally, Alain has a certification as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, which was obtained in August 2020 from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
