Janet Schooley has extensive experience in human resources, spanning multiple companies and roles. Janet currently works as a Human Resources Business Partner at eSentire since August 2022.

Before joining eSentire, Janet served as a Human Resources Manager at Flanagan Foodservice Inc. from April 2017 to August 2022. In this role, they provided leadership to the HR team and ensured the implementation of best practices in various HR areas, including employee relations, engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and payroll & benefits. Janet also worked as an HR Business Partner to senior functional leaders, advising and counseling the HR team on HR-related matters.

Janet Schooley, CHRL, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from McMaster University. Janet also pursued further education at Humber College, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. In 2013, they obtained the certification of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Additionally, in 2016, they achieved the Leadership and Service Excellence AchieveGlobal Trainer certification from MHI Global.
