Gautham K. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technical roles. Gautham is currently working at eSentire as a SOC Analyst Level 2, starting in August 2022. Before that, they worked at eSentire as a Security Operations Center Analyst from March 2021 to October 2022. Prior to eSentire, Gautham worked at Integrity360 as a SOC Analyst/Security Analyst from June 2019 to March 2021. Gautham also has experience working at Tech Mahindra, where they held the roles of SOC Analyst from June 2017 to May 2019 and Technical Associate from November 2016 to May 2017. Gautham also has consultancy experience, having worked at Atos as a Consultant from February 2014 to October 2015 and at Capgemini as a Consultant from May 2012 to January 2014. Furthermore, they have earlier experience at Tech Mahindra as a Technical Associate from November 2009 to April 2012.

Gautham K. received their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RMCE between 2002 and 2006. Gautham then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Ohio University from 2006 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Gautham obtained various qualifications in different fields. In April 2020, they acquired the Cyberark Certified Trustee certification from CyberArk and completed the Splunk Fundamentals Part 2 course provided by Splunk. Two months earlier, in February 2020, they obtained the Qualys Cloud Agent Certified certification from Qualys. Prior to that, in December 2019, Gautham became certified as a Fireeye System Engineer by FireEye, Inc., and as a Logic Monitor Certified Associate by LogicMonitor. Additionally, they completed the Qualys Scanning Strategies and Best Practices and Qualys Vulnerability Management courses offered by Qualys, and the Splunk Fundamentals Part 1 course from Splunk, both in November 2019. Furthermore, Gautham obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification in August 2015 from the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level institution. Lastly, they recently acquired the Venafi Security Administrator certification from Venafi in November 2020.
