Gary Gatio

Gary Gatio is an experienced professional in education and customer success, currently serving as a Premier Education Success Manager at Genesys since March 2020. In this role, Gary ensures effective onboarding and engagement of new members in Genesys Beyond training subscriptions by utilizing tools such as SalesForce and Tableau to track student progress. Prior to this, Gary held the position of Education Sales Representative at both ESG and VMware from March 2009 to February 2020, focusing on maximizing customer knowledge of VMware products through professional training and collaborating with sales representatives to enhance client solutions. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Xavier University.
