Alex Anderson

Alex Anderson is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently with ESHA Research since November 2018. Prior to this, Alex worked at Symantec from July 2011 to June 2018, where responsibilities included providing enterprise technical support for email and web cloud applications, desktop/file/email encryption products, and two-factor authentication systems for the Department of Defense. Alex has expertise in managing certificates for email encryption, troubleshooting complex support issues, and overseeing computer management software. Additionally, Alex holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking and Information Security from Lane Community College and has training in Culinary Arts from Tongue Point Job Corps.
