Anna Kiernan

Anna Kiernan has extensive work experience in project and program management, agile delivery, and transformation. Anna currently holds the position of Director of Agile Delivery and Transformation at ESW, where they oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and drives transformation initiatives. Prior to their current role, Anna worked as a Release Train Engineer and Agile Program Manager at ESW, and as a Program Manager at the same company. Before joining ESW, Anna worked at Accenture as a Project and Program Manager. Anna also gained experience at Hartford Life as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, successfully managing and delivering various projects. At EBS Building Society, Anna served as a Business Analyst in the Finance department, while at Tengizchevroil, they worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the IT Applications and Finance teams, leading projects and identifying improvement opportunities.

Anna Kiernan obtained a Diploma in Business Analysis and Consulting from the National College of Ireland in 2009. Anna also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Audit from the Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Management from Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University. Additionally, they received certification as a Prince2 Practitioner from APMG-International in February 2012.
