Louise McCann

Louise McCann (Kiernan) has a diverse and extensive work experience. Louise started their career as an HR/Recruitment Administrator at People Partners Ireland in September 2008. Louise then worked as a Contracts Co-Ordinator at IBM from February 2009 to August 2010. Louise then joined Morgan McKinley as a Recruitment Account Manager, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes for various senior IT, finance, support, and multilingual research roles. Louise worked at Morgan McKinley from August 2010 to April 2015. After that, Louise worked at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Recruiter, where they successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes for different teams and implemented key recruitment process improvement projects. Louise worked at Deutsche Bank from April 2015 to August 2017. Subsequently, they joined j2 Global as a Senior Recruiter (Tech & Corporate) for Europe, where they focused on recruitment in the technology and corporate sector. Louise worked at j2 Global from August 2017 to April 2019. Currently, they are working at ESW as Director of Talent Acquisition, where they oversee all talent acquisition processes.

Louise McCann (Kiernan) obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University in 2007-2008. Louise also earned a BA (Hon) in Economics and Sociology from University College Dublin during the years 2003-2006. In 2014, Louise attended Dublin Business School and completed an Advanced Diploma in Project Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Leadership Foundations," "Performance-Based Hiring," and "Employer Branding to Attract Talent" from LinkedIn. Louise is also a member of CIPD.
