Sarah Keating

Sarah Keating has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sarah is currently the Chief People Officer at ESW, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ICON plc for six years. During their time at ICON plc, they held various roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of Organisational Learning & Strategic HR Programmes. Before joining ICON plc, Sarah worked as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organisational Development for Glanbia Performance Nutrition. Sarah also has a background in HR with roles at L'Oreal, Sonopress-Bertelsmann Group, and Inamed. Overall, Sarah Keating has a wealth of experience in HR leadership, strategic planning, and employee development.

Sarah Keating has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from University College Dublin. Sarah also holds a Master's degree in Business Studies, specializing in HR.
