Oliane Piana has extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and marketing. Oliane currently serves as the Global Community Program & Partnership Director at ESW, where they are responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing strategic alliances in the e-commerce sector. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Community Program & Partnerships Manager at Scalefast, where they contributed to the company's growth and recognition. Oliane also co-founded Pulse Collab and served as a Partner at FrenchFounders, leading the growth management and marketing efforts in various regions. Additionally, Oliane has experience in marketing, sales, and business development roles at RadiumOne, Cristal Events, Brochibeto, El Parisien, L&S Agency, and Havas Worldwide Australia.

Oliane Piana has a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing from Dublin Business School, where they studied various subjects such as marketing, communications, human resources, project management, service marketing, and business policy. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from KEDGE Business School.
