Scott Winans

Scott Winans, MBA, NHA has over 30 years of experience in the seniors housing industry. Scott has held various leadership roles at different companies throughout their career. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a General Manager at Marriott International. From 2005 to 2009, they were an Executive Director at Capital Senior Living. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Discovery Senior Living, managing a portfolio of retirement communities in Florida. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Starling Senior Living, overseeing the development and management of their senior housing portfolio. Most recently, they have worked as the Principal and CEO at Concierge Senior Living, and starting in 2023, they will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at Eskaton.

Scott Winans, MBA, NHA has a strong education background in healthcare administration and management. Scott completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Eastern Illinois University from 1983 to 1986. In 1989 to 1990, they obtained a Master's degree certificate in Health Care Administration at Saint Joseph's College. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued an MBA in Healthcare at The George Washington University School of Business. These educational experiences have provided him with a solid foundation in the field of healthcare administration and management.
